Nurturing and calming massage to help alleviate backache, tension and fatigue associated with pregnancy.

Deep Tissue Massage - $140.00/60 min
Deeper pressure Relieves tension as well as chronic and acute discomfort.

Aromatherapy Face Massage & Cleansing
$125.00/60 min

We gently cleanse, mask, and hydrate the face and neck. Massage of the scalp, face, neck, and shoulders stimulates inner cleansing and melts away tension. Includes a foot massage. A 60-minute treatment.

Combine the face cleansing treatment with a full body massage for a 90-minute session.

Sauna

A sauna is above all a place of relaxation.   The high heat and low humidity soothe and relax tired muscles, relieve stress, flush away the body's impurities, and promote a wonderful after-sauna feeling of satisfaction and well being.  

Added benefits include a deep cleansing of pores, an increased metabolic rate, improved circulation, and temporary relief of arthritic pain.

Our Finlandia Sauna is located on the lower level of the Inn.   Guests are welcome to use the terry cloth robes provided and privately enjoy the sauna 24 hours a day.  

Fitness Center

Our compact work-out room has everything you need to stay on that exercise routine... should you so choose!  Be it cardio or strength training, we have what you need:   an elliptical stepper, a recumbent bike, treadmills, a universal gym, and a complete set of free weights.   With mats, workout books, plenty of water, and music to inspire you, you're ready to go!
